Problems with transferring my cell number, cannot contact your customer service so I want to cancel

To contact the Fizz support by chat:
This service is available from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
First, Connect you to your Fizz account.
Then, open a second window and types this adress:

Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz.11 -
Hello Elizabeth,
There seems to be an issue with the account number provided while placing the order for the number transfer. Please verify with your provider if the information is correct and if so, please contact us through Facebook messenger or Chat bubble so we can retry your number transfer.
If you no longer wish to transfer your number to us, you will have to go into your notifications region on your account and click on "Please verify and resubmit" and choose a new random number and once the new number is activated, you will be able to cancel it from My plans- Manage plan- Unsubscribe.
