We connected our wifi to all the cables. The first light is on. The download light is blinking and the 2.4 is light up.
But we still can’t find what’s the problem with our server.

Ha e you tried to reset your modem?
To reset it, put in 35,40 seconds with a needle into the center of the back of the modem on the reset button and release it after.
Wait 3,4 minutes until all the lights are coming back.
I hope it will help to get a goog internet connection.11 -

I have verified your modem in our tools, but it appears as offline. Could you please verify if the coaxial cable is tightly screwed in on both ends and if so, then unplug the modem from the power outlet for 10 seconds then plug it back in and verify?
