I have impossible range in my office with my Note 5. If I switch to GSM it's great (shows Fizz ext), but no data and can't text. Settings? Allowing roaming didn't help. Adding APN IPv6 neither. What might be the contact number for ext SMS?

Flush the apn settup ans rebbot : some phone doesn't work with apn settings from fizz like my samsung s7

Please verify in your phone has the APN and SMSC configured as they are presented on our site. Once you have done so, do perform a quick reboot to your device and make a few tests to see if the issue persists. If yes, please go into your phone's settings menu-> Networks and connect to a Fizz EXT option for a few moments and switch back to Fizz once the option is visible and make a second test.
