Hi Jean-Philippe
Make sure all your wires are connected securely in the back of the modem. I would suggest unplugging and re-plugging in to make sure.
How many lights do you see on the modem?8 -

Hello @Jean-Philippe,
I see that you have discussed with my colleagues by chat and an appointment with a technician has been made. Hope everything will turn out well for you.
Have a good day.
