Internet does not work

I can see my wi-fi network but it does not work. On the modem, the second green light flashes. The 3rd and the 4th green light are on but do not flash. There isn't a blue light anymore. I read a previous question about the same technical issue. I did unplug my modem from the power outlet for 10 seconds. Nothing, still the same. Then, I unplugged it again and I unplugged the coaxial cable on both end. I plugged back everything. Nothing, still the same. It has not solve my problem. I'm a student at university and I need Internet for my classes. With my part-time job, I need Internet as well. Is there something else that I can try??? Or should I just try to communicate with Fizz and according to the FAQ, it seems to be a challenge...

I've checked your account and I see that your home internet plan is active. I've also verified your connection on my tools and I could detect some signals out of specs. I've refreshed your connection on my end and your signals are looking good. Please let us know if your internet connection has been restored.
