Modem can’t connect to internet?

The connection is offline between the internet and my modem- even though I have rebooted and troubleshooted multiple times just to be sure. Is this still the network grid issue posted about yesterday and how long can I expect this to last? I’m a student and internet is vital to university courses these days! Thanks!

Apologies for the encountered issue.
Could you please verify if the coaxial cable is tightly screwed in on both ends and also, change the power outlet the modem is plugged into? I ask for this verification as the modem appears offline on our end. If the issue please persists, please reach us by chat through an FAQ such as:
