Error :you cant add a credit card to the account you have reached the limit. Why does it says that?

I cannot add my new card to the account its says error etc and now my monthly plan is blocked

Anyway the only way to solve this issue is by contacting the support by chat or messenger.

Hi Isabelle,
Yes, you are right, but sometimes before you recieve this error, there are others, like: "there is an error regarding your billing address" , "there is something wrong regqrding your CVV number".
If you have several attempts to enter the payment method with wrong information, in the end you will receive the error regarding the limit.
This was what I wanted to know in the first place. I apologize not making myself clear.
