roaming doesn't work?

Hi. I have US + Canada and my friend has Canada. Both of us cannot access the Internet when in Ontario. We both have Androids and enabled data, but it DOES NOT WORK.
Where are STEP BY STEP and SIMPLE instructions to get this thing to work?!

Then you arleady enable the data roaming

 

Check your APN, if you have a videotron one, you need to change it

If the SMS sent from FIZZ (this is the link) does not help you out.

Hello Elizabeth,
Please make sure that the roaming data function is also activated on your phones while in Ontario and do verify your APN configs as per Mike's suggestion. If the APN and data roaming are on, yet it still does not work, do try to perform a manual network switch and connect to a Fizz EXT option that provides a strong signal for you.

I am seeing same problem. It was working up to an hour ago. In Alberta and it worked yesterday and until an hour ago. Now LTE vanished and no data enabled. Phone calls still work. Hopefully will fix itself soon again.

Just LTE came back last 2 minutes, on Telus Fizz EXT here. All good again.

Hi Everyone. That's for your suggestions. Mike, I changed the APN settings as you suggested, but it doesn't allow me to send text messages now.
