You may only pay with MasterCard or Visa. When you say: "my account", do you mean your MasterCard or Visa account? If so, then maybe Fizz will run the payment within a scheduled batch.
You can contact Fizz support if you want them to look into this specific transaction.

Maybe, your credit card need a reset in their system.

When I updated my credit card details, the payment wasn't immediately. It was hours later, like at 10 PM. Give it a few hours, if you still aren't charged, contact support because otherwise your service will be cut.4
