wifi cant use!

i can connect my wifi,but the internet isnt work!the light of downstream is blinking and no upstream light

    If the green is blinking means a problem with the connection

  • If the issue is with Fizz' network (or Videotron), then you can only wait for them to resolve it.  Your router will automatically re-establish its connection with the Internet once it is available.  In some rare cases, you may have to restart the modem.

     

    It seems that Fizz is aware of the outtage.
