i can connect my wifi，but the internet isnt work！the light of downstream is blinking and no upstream light

    If the green is blinking means a problem with the connection

    I can recommand you to do a reset of your modem.

    If the issue is with Fizz' network (or Videotron), then you can only wait for them to resolve it.  Your router will automatically re-establish its connection with the Internet once it is available.  In some rare cases, you may have to restart the modem.

     

    It seems that Fizz is aware of the outtage.

    Once the problem is solved, you might need to restart your modem to take the new settings
