you could try contacting Fizz, but i don't think you can change the dates
To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.
CHAT
Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-payment-cycles-work, if you are not connect login
The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
FACEBOOK
Your can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)
CONTACT FORM
You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.6 -
Try contacting fizz, maybe they can help. But i'd be surprised.6

There's got to be a way...i've never had a provider without this option.5

No one from Fizz out here...no chat bubbles visible?5

Since this is a prepaid service, you pay for the month so there isn't a way to pay for a partial month like it is done for postpaid. Try contacting support to see if they have an option to do that.7

Not possible, but maybe someday Fizz will allow to use the Fizz wallet to pay the prepaid plans. Or some sort of deposit we could make on our account.
For example if you want to put $200 on your account today because your are changing credit cards, or going on a long vacation and don't want to max out your card...
This new feature would allow you to deposit on the first day the amount of both bills.
Maybe someday.

If no chat bubble, use Facebook Messenger to send them a message; they reply pretty quickly!2

No, sorry1

Hello Jalal,
I am sorry, but this option is not available with Fizz. The entire payment system is designed to be fully automatically for security reasons and we cannot manipulate it. It starts when the first payment is received and since we have a prepaid service, it needs to pass one month before a new one is processed. You cannot split it.
Have a good one!
