After turning the modem off/on and reset the modem I keep seeing "internet not available", how can I fix it?

Which lights and colors do you see on the front of the modem?
Compare the Downstream, Upstream, and Online lights to the manual to make sure you have a connection according to your service plan. They should probably be Cyan, Blue, Green, respectively.
If those are ok, the issue might be with device configuration. Is the device seeing "internet not available" connected by ethernet cable or wifi?

The power light is green, the first arrow is green, the second arrow is flashing green, then the 2.4G is green. Before I reset it, all the lights were green.5

Flashing or blinking on the Downstream, Upstream, or Online lights means the modem is trying to establish a connection. Normally that finishes within a minute or so. If it remains in that state it is not normal and you should contact Fizz support.4

When you do the reset of your modem:
Put in the button reset at least 35,40 seconds and release it after.
Also, wait 3, 4 minutes until you see again all the lights on (including, 2.4g and 5g network0.
If it's not working:
check if your coaxial câble is well connected to your Fizz modem.
Or, If nothing change about your internet connection;
Ask for technical support by chat online (from 8h00 to 21h000, each day).
