how do i re-activate my plan after i've accidentally unsubscribed?
it's when clicking on the notification, the page it brings me to does not exist,
there is no option to reactivate.

You should have a button to do so "Reactivate", try also with a different browser if you do not see it.
If it does not work, contact the support ASAP
To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

Please, contact the support for Fizz by chat online (8h00 to 21h00, each day).
To get this help without problem:
First, get connected to your Fizz account.
Then, open a second window and types:

Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click om ot.
Your chat session with Fizz begins.5 -

I see on your account that your Home Internet plan has been cancelled. You'll have to log-in to your Fizz account and go My plans - under your deactivated Home Internet plan you'll see a green "Reactivate" button. Click on it and follow the steps to reactivate your plan again. You may have to schedule a new appointment and have another technician to arrive at your house to check the connection.
