Did you wait at least 30min between the 2 try? Maybe it will be released and available again when the system realize that the transaction didn't completed.

You could try to pay the 1$ fee and search that number (you can only provide the last 4 digits of the number, but unless someone else took it, you should be able to get it back)5

We've already chatted about this situation two days ago and I told you that unfortunately the number may not be able to be retrieved. If it doesn't appear in the refresh list, another number has to be chosen. I hope that you managed to find a number to your liking.
