Is your plan has been paid normally ?
Have you changed the APN setting of your phone accidentaly?
Other solution;
Try to restart your phone.
Try also put mode airplane only 15 seconds.
Take off the sim card and reintroduce it again in your phone.
If nothing works:

Hi Cara,
From what I can see on your account, your plan is active and you have unlimited minutes and SMS. That means that you should be able to use them in your coverage zone.
In order to do some manipulations and understand what's happening, get back to us via chat. One of my colleagues will help you out.
