Got SIM card envelop with no SIM card inside

I ordered a sim yesterday card and got an envelop in my mail box today. Problem is it's empty. There is no SIM card inside. Just glue :) on which it has to be attached. Looks it was sent out too fast :)

    For this problem you must contact the support

    To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

    First, connect you online and access to your fizz account.
    Then, type this adress:

    Wait until you see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session begins with Fizz.
