How can I change my payment method?

I am trying to update my payment method because I lost that card and it doesn't exist anymore. But the system doesn't let me change it or update it

    If you have an error regarding the maximun number of credit card you must contact the support to have it reset.

    if you stay on the page, after 10 seconds,  you will see in the bottom right corner a green icon, if you click on it you can chat with the support

    If Chris's recommandations doesnt help for the moment,
    Dont hesitate to chat online with the Fizz support (from 8h00 to 21h00).
    Wait until you see the green bubble chat down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    Your chat session with Fizz begins.
  • What happens when you try to update it?
  • You can't change or update that card - you need to add a new one.
    Log in to and click on My Plans and then click the green Manage Plan button.
    Select Payment Method and then click + Add a new payment method
    Once you have added your new payment method, make the new one the default. Finally you can delete the original one. :)
