My internet is down, when will my internet come back?

My internet down for a couple of hours already. In NDG. When will it come back?

Start checking the coaxial cable and restarting the modem

When connected to your account, stay on the page and click on the icon that you will find on the bottom right,  to chat with the support.

Try unplugging the router.
Otherwise, gotta wait / tall with representative.
