You got your answer above directly from Whizz (Fizz employee).
You did not mention what phone you are using.
Sometimes it can help if you go to phone settings and choose the network manually.

Does your phone have the correct APN settings?
Fizz APN settings are:
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl8 -
An alternative: if you have an esim enabled device, check out Airalo. You can get 1GB of data valid for 7 days for 3$.1
