Wrong Payment ?

I just active sim card last week but yesterday i received bill with amount of 31$. In this bill mention that payment for duration from 8 Nov when i created my plan even i can not use this sevice until i receive sim card. And second mistake, yesterday i found that fizz take 37$ from my credit card insteal 31$ as they bill.
How i can do for this case?

    Here we are users, you need to contact the support, sorry the image is in french

    If you have 31 $ Plan you need to add 0.46 for the 911

    31.46 + TX = 36.17$

    I have the 31$ plan too and it costs 36$ ish.
    It's because of the taxes + line fees (emergencies and stuff).

    The total cost of your Fizz plan must include : 31.00 $ +.46$ for 911+ 15% of taxes = 37$.
    I think, your final invoice is correct.
