You must change your home address and contact the support to validate with them that the internet can be installed on your mother’s residence. Only then reschedule the appointment
You can edit your name, birthdate, email address, password and trusted contact in My profile.
To change your personal information:
- Go to My Profile in your Fizz account.
- Scroll to Information.
- Click on the edit icon next to the information you wish to change.
To edit your home address, go to your plan :
Go to My Account, in Your plans- Go to Manage my plan.
- Click on Change home address.
You’ll be able to update your shipping address when you’ll have to plan a new delivery (for a SIM card or a Fizz Wi-Fi modem for example), and your billing address when you’ll add a credit card to your account.
To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

CONTACT FORM
You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.
