I moved to new address and created a new home internet plan but why my price is not same as BETA use
I have moved to a new address and created a new plan for home internet. Since I was a beta user (signed up Jan 2019) I got 35$ for 60Mbps package. But when I moved the price is different 57$ for 60Mbps plan. Why can you please explain ?
Also I am attaching the screenshot where it states clearly that the prices should be the same for BETA users.
Waiting for your reply and hopefully adjusted my home internet plan.
Thanks
Iftikhar

Hello Iftikhar,
I am really sorry for the inconvenience, but after checking your account I can see that you subscribed to a different speed plan at the new address. In this case we can't apply the beta price for the new plan.
Thank you for your understanding!
Have a great day!

I did not change the speed on plan it was by default and I did not realize. I confirmed with Fizz that I can change the speed back to OLD and price will be re-adjusted for BETA user price.
In other terms I never intentionally changed the plan, you have to do it once you change the address. Since the old Modem does not work in the new address, this is the way they have programmed it I guess.
I hope this is clear to the community.11 -
Hello Iftikhar,
We can only apply the beta price, as an exceptional situation, once you will make a plan change and pick the speed you previously had on the beta priced plan. Otherwise we will not be able to apply the beta price to your home internet plan.
Thank you for your understanding.
Have a good day.
