How do I change my Internet scheduled appointment???? The Chat service if off durint the business ho
I am in an emergency and I need to cancel my today appointment or and change it to tomorrow. However I cannot do it using my account. Also the chat service is unavailable during the business hours! This is terrible. I will cancel my internet plan with Fizz. Poor support.

Because there is less than 20 hours and you cannot cancel your appointment. You will just miss it and you need to take another one.
You can log into your Fizz account to reschedule or cancel your technician visit up to 20 hours before your appointment. Service calls (for repairs), however, are the exception.
To reschedule your technician appointment:
- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
- Click on Appointments.
- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
- To reschedule an appointment, click on Reschedule.
- This will open the booking interface. Select a new day and time slot and click Save.
- Beware — if you just finished scheduling your appointment, please allow a 3-hour delay for the Reschedule button to appear in your account.
- To cancel an appointment, click on Cancel.
- On the next screen, confirm that you wish to cancel this appointment by clicking Cancel again.

When your appointment is less than 20 hours away, you cannot change it yourself.
And unfortunately technicians are likely already fully booked for tomorrow.

I believe the chat service is available until 9pm on weekdays.

If chat personnel are all busy, then the chat will not appear. Try contacting via Facebook Messenger ... may not be as quick, but they be able to get back to you promptly.3
