How do I change my Internet scheduled appointment???? The Chat service if off durint the business ho

I am in an emergency and I need to cancel my today appointment or and change it to tomorrow. However I cannot do it using my account. Also the chat service is unavailable during the business hours! This is terrible. I will cancel my internet plan with Fizz. Poor support.

    If chat personnel are all busy, then the chat will not appear. Try contacting via Facebook Messenger ... may not be as quick, but they be able to get back to you promptly.
