Contact the support, since you cannot change only 48 hours prior the renewal.
To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

You cannot make changes to your plan 48 hours before the billing date. That is why you could not make a change on the due date, and why any change you make now will apply to the next month.8

Naresh, 48 hours before the due date, you can't change your plan. You'll be able to change it at the beginning of the next month. It will be effective after the payment of the next month.6
