I guess you already did this step, but try to restart your modem to see if it resolves your issue14 -
You can restart your modem.
Connect your computer directly to the modem via ethernet cable. Run a speedtest.
If all is well, then try the speedtest with your wifi connection.
If you are using 2.4GHz, try disabling it and using 5GHz only. Or vice versa.

What Fizz says. Remove use of the Wifi and connect directly (hardwired) to the modem for troubleshooting purposes.11

Have you tried ( like others told you) to restart your modem and put directly after an ethernet cable to your computer? Have you tested a speed test? Did you get a better speed?
