I'd get in touch with fizz here. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
I know it's not the FAQ you want, but you can get to the chat bubble on the lower right corner this way.
They are most likely to forward the problem to a "specialized team" and give you a solution via email. Make sure they fully understand your problem and that they are working towards the solution you want because the Fizz customer service reps don't care about customer satisfaction at all. It seems like they just copy-paste template replies.12 -
What phone are you using? Perhaps your phone is not fully compatiable with Fizz network.
Have you noticed whether your phone works in some places/areas only?
Maybe it is working when you are connected to FIZZ EXT, but not working while on Fizz network.
Where have you been using your phone?
Note that you cannot continually roam for 3+ months. In this case, check your plan status on your Fizz account. For violating the Terms of Use, some people have mentioned that their plan was changed from Canada-wide to Quebec only.

Are you located in Quebec or Ottawa? If you're primarily using your phone (more than 3 months) outside of these areas on FIZZ-EXT, Fizz will turn off access to their network. Many users on Reddit have reported this as well.8

Jiayuan thank you I got in contact with them and they're working on it. Fizzy, I'm using an iPhone 6s and I've been with fizz on my iPhone for months so I don't see why it will not be compatible. Yes I'm actually on fizz ext since September 1, its been only 1 month and like two weeks... but why can't we use it on fizz ext more than 3 months? Mike, yes I did but no results. Humaira Im currently in Toronto since September, not 3 months yet.7

From Fizz FAQ:
Partner networks: How does expanded coverage work?
The expanded coverage zone is for our mobile members who travel in specific regions not covered by the Fizz network (Subscription area). It is intended for occasional coverage, and applies to Quebec, Canada and USA.
The majority of your usage (calls, texts and data) must be done on the Fizz network (Subscription area).
We reserve the right to block access to all of your Fizz mobile services if your mobile services are used primarily on partner networks (Fizz EXT) for 3 consecutive payment cycles.
Use our coverage map to check that you are using your phone in a zone covered by the Fizz network:
Visit our network coverage map to check the subscription area.
(On the coverage map the subscription area is Fizz network, the coverage area is patner networks)Check the name of the network indicated on your phone. If 'Fizz EXT' or if it does not say Fizz, you are on one of our partner networks and your usage will be considered extended coverage. You can adjust your phone’s settings to limit this usage by deactivating roaming on our partner networks.
If you do not have the choice and you are geographically obliged to use the majority of your usage on our partner networks beyond the tolerated limits, we advise you to subscribe with the service provider who offers coverage in this area.

Hello Souhila,
I am very sorry for the inconvenience. As I have checked, I can see that the situation is still under investigation. We will get back to you via e-mail once everything is sorted out.
Regarding the usage while connected to Fizz EXT, through our partners networks, Fizzy got the best answer.
Have a good one!
