Why my Internet Speed keeps dropping out?

Hello! I need to reboot my modem/router each morning and evening (so each time I need internet) since the speed is stuck to 1 Mbps. By rebooting, I achieved to get my plan speed -30. This is kind of frustrating to do it multiple times a day.

That's strange. I tested and used my Internet constantly from Jan 2019 and the speed exceeds my subscription, sometimes by more than 10%. I suggest you to contact customer support. They can resolve it easily with some changes in configurations from their end.8
