Where is my invoice?

Hi all,
I'm trying to "update my payment method", as it seems last payment didn't go through and my account is now frozen. After attempting to pay it online several times, I still haven't succeeded in reactivating my account. I can't find my invoice in my profile, and can't seem to get any troubleshooting help from Fizz. My account has now been frozen for four days, I'm pretty fed up. Any cues on how to solve this?
