I cannot activate my SIM card

After I enter my activation code, following message is received: The code you entered has already been assigned to a member.
How can I activate my SIM card in this case?
It is possible to verify why the code that I received with my SIM card, doesn't work?

    Double check the code

    sometime numbers and letters are exchanged

    For example zero and o, 1 and l or I
