I am receiving SMS as emails, why?

I am receiving emails from Fizz with SMS messages in them, but i never received the texts themselves... Any idea why? This doesn't happen with all texts, some do go through.

    That's because Fizz decide to send by email instead of text.

    You can check your communication settings via your Fizz account.

     

    You may contact Fizz support if you are receiving other than your preferences.
