Account frozen, paid late, now it’s unfrozen, sms and call work fine but I can’t access my cellular

Ok so I paid my bill 3 days late. But because I paid late they froze my account, it is now unfrozen I can call people, send and receive sms but I have no cellular internet date (LTE) I’ve tried looking in my setting turning the phone on/off, getting out then in the SIM card but nothing worked.. please help me!
Btw: I can’t find a way to contact fizz customer support.

    Also try to put your phone in airplane mode for 20 seconds and then put it back to normal.

    When this happens, you should check your APN settings. And resend/reset them if you're not sure.

     

    Also you can try enabling airplane mode, then disable.

    And try with LTE on/off. And manually selecting your network operator.
