Why am I being charged twice?

I had this question before and I thought it was a billing issue given the fact that I tried to unsuscribe and suscribe again. However I am being charged twice every month now my normal package plus a fee of 7 dollars. Why??????

I've seen it happen many times here in the forums. In some cases they will identify the issue themselves and refund you. If this is not the case then contact support for a refund.2

Welcome to double billing, Jennifer.
My mobile account was charged twice more than 5 weeks ago. I haven't received any refund yet. All I was told is that the finance department has been working hard on the case.1 -
Contact Fizz support (chat with them during business hours) and explain the situation.
They are usually very helpful.
If the matter cannot be resolved, there is government agency to handle complaints involving mobile providers (here is Fizz wireless code link)

Yes, they have some serious billing issue that need to be resolved. I'm still waiting for my refund since my ticket with support a week ago...:(2

I had to contact Fizz customer service again to get a refund.
