Since I had activated my SIM card I’m not able to make phone calls

Logon your Fizz account to confirm that calls are included in your plan.
What happens when you try to make a phone call? Have you tried calling a local number?
Are you able to receive calls?

Did you check the sim card with another phone to see if the problem is with your phone or with the sim card itself?1
