Notified that payment failed, but bank statement shows that it has gone through?

I got notification that my payment for this month failed, but my bank statement shows that it did not fail, it just seems like it was delayed a bit (as it shows up as coming out on the 2nd instead of the 1st).
I fear this will result in getting double billed (for the second month in a row) as the notification states that after a delayed period Fizz will try to take the payment again.
I would have preferred to be able to chat with someone about this, but I also can't access the chat feature (guessing it is overwhelmed by other people having issues).

You need to double check your address if everything is correct, you must contact the support
