Anybody notice Upgrade rewards expire after 24 months?

Before it's expired after you used it 24 months. Now it's changed to expire in 24 months no matter you use it or not.

So the most of your new rewards will be trashed because you only have max 3 slots and me and 24 months to use it.
I have 17 rewards but I can only use 3, all 14 will be wasted.

As far as I know, it was always 24 months after you've received it.

A lot can happen in 2 years. There may be a whole set of new or different rewards by then.

They are right, it’s always been 24 months, but Anne has a very valid point. Using the upgrades it’s a little tricky. There are some issues when it comes to swapping your upgrades as well.
As time goes on I am counting on fizz to streamline the ‘upgrade-usage’ process.

It was initially 24 months, and it has never been changed.

Though they will all expire, it would be great if Fizz unlocks more slots to use them.

Anyway, everything (everyone) can grow in time, who knows what will be 2 years later?

Yeah honestly I think we should request this to be changed. We are all Fizz veterans who have been through the stabilization period... We were loyal! I think upgrades should be 2 years only to new users.

Fizzy, that could be indeed true. Imagine logging into your Fizz account and stuff in My Rewards might seem different.

As a long term Fizz mobile user since it launched, I'm sure the old term was "24 months since you start using it" , not the current "24 months since this upgrade was assigned to you". Anyway, as Whizz said, I get much more upgrades now than I had before. Although most will be wasted, but it's better than nothing. I'll go with 500m x 3 for my 3 slots :-)
