I can tell you something I still get the 3 beep and then it hang up from time to time so the issues are not resolved7

Have you received an email survey? Many of us have not (including myself).
What kind of questions are on the survey?
Is it possible the survey was sent as follow-up to a ticket or question you had made?

My son received the survey, but I didn't. The survey asked about satisfaction with the service, website, customer service, etc. The key questions that allude to the end of the stabilization period relate to the wording where it asks "Since August..." for questions pertaining to the mobile service and stability of the service. I can see how one may think they are getting ready to end the stabilization period.3

My wife got the survey yesterday, but I did not. Seemed to ask since how long she was a Fizz member, did she have Fizz Internet also, etc.5

My post got moderated... My son received the survey link. Some of the questions focused on stability of the network since August.

There are questions that pertain to "Since August" how is the network performing. So it looks like they are gauging the big systems maintenance they performed at the end of July.5
