Fizz charged THREE TIMES this month, how do I apply for a refund???? I have proof

Check if you received an email from Fizz letting you know about the overcharge and upcoming refund.
Otherwise, you should contact Fizz support to follow-up.

- You're logged into your Fizz account.

You're not the only one, this is a problem with Fizz "double" charge but this is the first time i hear 3 times.

Check you email, if Fizz sent you an email regarding this issue, you have nothing to do otherwise, contact Customer Service at the link at the previous answers. Customer Service will ask you for a snapshot of the credit card or bank statement for the triple charges.
Be patient, it takes a good week to get your reimbursement.
To see if you got your credit, you can verify in your online fizz's account under
• My plan
• Transaction history
Remember, it takes few days to see the refund, 10 to 12 days6 -
I have NEVER had Fizz double or triple charging me. But others are right; contact support via chat or Facebook messenger and they will help you.5

Apologies for the encountered issue. I have verified both the photos you have sent and your account and the third one is the refund for the double charge that occurred at the beginning of this month. If you wish, you can also check it on your account My plans- Transaction history of your plan.
