Cannot make/receive calls, cannot send text messages. When will you fix this issue???

                    I have been having technical issues for 2 weeks now. Sometimes mobile service was working, sometimes not. 
My account is fine as for payment.
Now I cannot make calls ('Your current plan does not allow..."), people calling me get a message saying the number does not exist, I can only receive text messages. No data.
I keep getting told that the technical dept is looking into this issue. I have to send a message on Facebook to get a response 12-24 hours later. I am truly exasperated with this service.
Anyone else having issues like this?
This is not phone related issue as my friend with a different model is having same issues.
Both services were working fine a month ago.
Clearly they are having network issues but the website says everything is fine ...
