Yes, this is not a new problem. It happens to a few of us.
If you did received an email/message that you will receive a refund, you have nothing to do. I did contacted customer service when it happend to me, they asked me to provide a screenshot of my account where the payment was made. They assured me i would get a refund.
Be patient cause It happened to me and i'm still waiting for a refund 11 days later.5 -
The same issue happens to me. After a quick chat with customer service, a ticket was issued. A day latter I received an email saying that I would receive the refund shortly. 9 days passed and still waiting. Hopefully I will get it this week.5

Hi, I finally got the refund after 11 days. So I assume that the normal period for refund is about 2 weeks.3

I see that the refund for the double charge has been made, but it appears to be incorrectly done and for this, I have created a ticket towards our tech team. Once we will have updates related to this topic, we will notify you by the e-mail address of your account.
