Charged twice

I have a double charge on my credit card. I recived a message telling that it was an error and that I would receive a refund, but the double charge is posted in my credit card and nothing about the refund yet since a week.

    Hi, I finally got the refund after 11 days. So I assume that the normal period for refund is about 2 weeks.
