you should give it a try, fizz is not perfect but it is good. I find more positive than negative sinec i'm a Fizz's customer3

I think Fizz won't accept the sim card back and will not refund you.
Since new customers are always signing up, you can try selling it on Kijiji, Reddit or the community forums.

@Fizzy: he doesn't have the sim card since he never received it.
@Xiaolei: unfortunately Fizz won't reimburse the sim which wasn't received unless you order another sim and activate it. Anyways you can try to chat with the support on that matter.

@Yelena, I beleive OP has the SIM card. Please reread what Xiaolei wrote.
