My sim card does not work.why?

    Did you already try to restart your phone or put it in airplane mode for 30 seconds?

    When did you activate it (it seems that you activate long time ago from your status in the community)? Did you transfer the number, sometime can take 48 hrs to fully complete the process.

    Is this a problem with incoming calls or all calls and texts?
    .
    If you can make calls/send texts, but not receive them, then it is failed activation or porting of your phone number.

    I can't receive any call...it said that the number was not assigned

    Go to the link below. Make sure you're logged into your account and any adblockers are deactivated. A chat bubble will appear on the bottom right of the screen. If it does not, try a different browser. Chat with an agent. Only customer service has access to see what is going on with your account and to help resolve it.

    In a very short answer, NO, nobody can call you. Fizz is a 100% digital service, so you have to reach out to them via Facebook messenger or chat on their webpage as Allison instructed. We are fellow Fizz users like you.
