You can also fill a contact form from your accountOnce logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Others seem to be having the same issue.
Looks like you need to contact Fizz support during business hours.
Meanwhile have you tried these troubleshooting tips:
- Restart phone
- Enable airplane, then disable it.
- Change network mode (enable/disable LTE)
- Change network operator. Try roaming with FIZZ EXT to see if calls will work.

I would suggest to reconfigure your APN setting in you phone, that could help sometime.0

Hello Melissa,
Nobody can call you because your plan contains only Quebec coverage. You will need to add minutes to your plan to receive and make calls. You can change your plan anytime, but the change will be effective starting your next payment cycle. Here you will find more info: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-mobile-plan .
