Why isn’t my internet working ?

So I had switched cards recently and forgot to switch my the card on my account to the new card, so now that I switched it how do I make a payment to my internet as it is overdue

    You need to add the new one and wait a day.

    Make a payment now: Once your default payment method is all set and up-to-date for this plan, look for the Make my monthly payment button in your account. This will trigger a payment attempt, and your service will be reactivated once the payment is confirmed.

    You will need to update your method of payment on your profile. Once this is up you will need to way 24h before being able to attempt to make a payment. But once this is ready to go you shouldn't have a problem.
