Hi! I activated this morning my plan because I received my SIM card, the page showed me a message which said that I had to wait for a confirmation e-mail to confirm my new phone number and start using the service. The e-mail never arrived to my mail so I don't know how to do or how to activate my plan.

I can see that the activation of your plan is still in pending and that's why you did not receive the confirmation email.
I escalated this situation towards our technical team, so they can have a look.
Once we have an update, we'll notify you via email.
