Calls and texts blocked after payment problem?

After changing my payment method since the previous one did not work, I was not able to find the "make my monthly payment" button and cannot use my phone (as explained in the webpage) even if the correct payment method has been updated
"Make a payment now: Once your default payment method is all set and up-to-date for this plan, look for the Make my monthly payment button in your account. This will trigger a payment attempt, and your service will be reactivated once the payment is confirmed"
