I have a sim card on my profile that i used for 2 months to test the fizz network. This was 5 months ago
i want to reactivate it.
doesnt seem to let me. is it because it has been inactive for over 5 months?
why would it be on my profile?

Contact customer support. They will confirm the Activation code and the code printed on your SIM and they will "release" the SIM to be reused.5

I’d recommend reaching out to fizz support via Facebook chat. They usually respond within minutes. Open Facebook and search fizz mobile.
