After receiving a strange message from you that payment was not processed I proceed to change my payment method. However is no way at all to contact you and get my internet service restored ASAP. You are really not offering any value, I will stop referring your service.
Btw.- your famous chat is just a scam. It does not exist.
Let see how long it will take to get my service. Based on that I will decide if canceling the service.
