you want to pay less for your internet so they have to cut cost somewhere
you can try to turn off you modem for 5 minutes and see if it will give you an other ip.

You can try with tech support but it am not sure they will change you IP because it is locked with the MAC of your modem

I’d recommend reaching out to fizz support via Facebook chat. They usually respond and resolve the issue within minutes. Open Facebook and search fizz mobile.
