Payments for internet unsubscribe

I was unsubscribe internet , on August 2 2019 and I suppose not pay for this month and today August 6 ! Do did take a payment for August on my credit card ! Is not right because I'm don't have internet ! Do you must refund my money !

It could be an error on they system you need to contact tech support to solve the issue3

Logon your Fizz account. Make sure your internet plan is unsubscribed. Also remove your credit card info so that it will no longer be charged,
Also did you return the modem back to Fizz? If not, they will charge you $150 for it.
