Payments for internet unsubscribe

I was unsubscribe internet , on August 2 2019 and I suppose not pay for this month and today August 6 ! Do did take a payment for August on my credit card ! Is not right because I'm don't have internet ! Do you must refund my money !

    It could be an error on they system you need to contact tech support to solve the issue
