Service Restoration When?

Maintenance was due to end on July 31 but I'm still unable to receive any phone calls or texts from users from other providers.
When will the service be restored?

    You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

    Data (and all mobile services) was working for me throughout the maintenance period. It may be only your account. Toggling airplane mode is a good start. Then contact support.

    Try restarting your phone.

    Also enable airplane mode for 20 secs, then disable it.

     

    If those don't work, you should contact Fizz support.

    Everyone should remember that Fizz is still in a stabilization period.
    The major maintenance should be completed by July 31st.
    It does not mean that it would fix all issues. Actually it might create new issues.
